Watermelon Mint Punch

Double down on watermelon with this peak-of-summer rum punch.
MORGAN’S MELON - Watermelon Mint Punch

INGREDIENTS:


Serves 12
8 oz Captain Morgan Watermelon Smash
8 oz Captain Morgan White Rum
1 large watermelon
2 oz agave nectar
4 oz fresh lime juice, plus lime wheels for garnish
6 to 8 mint leaves, plus extra mint sprigs for garnish

SERVE IN:
HOOLLOWED OUT WATERMELON OR PUNCH BOWL

 

HOW TO MAKE:


1. Cut off the top of the watermelon.
2. Scoop out the flesh until just before you hit the rind.
3. Reserve the scooped-out flesh.
4. Insert a drink-dispensing tap into the watermelon.
5. Place the scooped-out flesh into a blender and add the Watermelon Smash, rum, agave nectar, lime juice, mint leaves, and 4 to 5 cubes of ice.
6. Blend until smooth.
7. Strain the punch back into the hollow watermelon.
8. Garnish cocktails with some mint sprigs an lime wheels.
