Serve with a pineapple “fin” for a real jaws dropper.
1 oz Captain Morgan White Rum
1 oz Captain Morgan LocoNut
1/2 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
8 dashes aromatic bitters
1 pineapple leaf, for garnish
Sea salt, for garnish
1 cocktail cherry, for garnish
Grated nutmeg (about 1/4 teaspoon for garnish)
HOW TO MAKE:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the rum, LocoNut, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup.
2. Dry-shake and strain the cocktail into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
3. Mound the top of the cocktail with extra crushed ice and top with bitters.
4. Garnish with the pineapple leaf, a pinch of salt, cherry, and nutmeg.
